Park Lane boasts the most generous exchange/replacement policy in the industry!

Replacements (requesting same item) are allowed FREE OF CHARGE if the request is made within 120 days of your original ship date. The replacement item carries another full, 120 day replacement guarantee! Note: Exchanges are not allowed on previously exchanged or replaced items.

Replacement requests beyond 120 days after the original ship date, incur a $7.00 per item fee ($12.00 for watches after 30 days).

Exchanges (for a different item) are only allowed if the request is made within 120 days of your original ship date, except watches, which are only exchangeable for 30 days. Beyond 120 days, replacement (same item) only is allowed.

Refunds are allowed if your item is returned within 30 days of the original ship date. When requesting a refund for a full-priced item, bonus items ($14.00 and free items) must also be returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds cannot be processed online. Please return your item(s) AND the original, validated receipt to Park Lane.
